Welcome to Turtle's Touch. Turtle's Touch is a family run business and it's name was derived from my daughter Turtle (Hailey). I just can't seem to do anything without Turtle's hands in it :)Hence the name, Turtle's Touch.
Chances are, if you place an order here, Turtle has touched it in some way, shape or form.
We are an honest family, who believes in the happiness of our customers. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, let us know. We will kindly refund or exchange your purchase in accordance with out refund terms set below.

Shipping Information
I charge actual freight costs. I try to calculate my shipping as accurately as possible. Should your actual freight costs end up being less than what I charged you (> = $1.00), I will promply send you a refund. On the other hand, if your freight costs are more than what was quoted (> = $1.00), I will request additional funds from you (with supporting documentation). I ship most of my items via the US Postal Service. You can choose whether you want 1st Class or Priority Mail. Freight charges listed under the item description is for 1st class US Postal Service or the least expensive means of shipping available. Some items may not be able to ship first class. I do not include insurance in my shipping fees. If you would like to add insurance please let me know so I can adjust your invoice accordingly. I do accept international orders, however, PLEASE DON'T ASK ME TO falsify shipping documents. If the item is truely a GIFT, I will mark international items as GIFTS. All other international documents will be marked as "GOODS". International customers are responsible for duties and fees associated with importing into your country. International customers are responsible for the additional shipping costs.
I will ship all orders within 3 business days after payment has cleared.
Refunds, Returns and Exchanges
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please let us know. We can either refund you or exchange the item. Unused products qualify for a refund of 100% of the purchase price (less shipping costs). Used or partially used products will be refunded on a percentage basis (3 oz candle is returned at 1.5 oz - you would get a 50% refund) once the item has been returned. Return shipments must be shipped freight pre-paid. Any package shipped C.O.D or without return authorization will be rejected.
INSURANCE INSURANCE INSURANCE - - - -Should you receive a damaged item - All items are completely inspected prior to leaving our shipping department. If you received a damaged item it was damaged during the shipping process. Regardless of the damage, please contact me immediately. If we insured the item, I will file an insurance claim. Once the claim has been paid, I will ship you a replacement item. If the package was not insured, there really isn't too much I can do besides try to fix the broken item or offer a discounted price on a new item.
IF THE ITEM IS FRAGILE....I HIGHLY RECOMMEND ADDING INSURANCE!!!

Wholesale opportunities available - Wholesale prices are satisfied on a case by case basis. We do have a wholesale application that can be completed upon request. Wholesale prices will be supplied upon application acceptance. We reserve the right to deny any application for any reason. Net terms available to qualifing wholesale accounts only. We also require a copy of your state resale certificate. At this time, please do not contact us for consignment opportunities.
