Shipping Information
We ship first class via USPS, we generally ship the same day; at latest it will go out within 3-4 days of your purchase. We travel full time and it isn't always guaranteed we can find a post office right away. This may dictate package arrival time. If you would like faster shipping contact us and we can adjust the shipping rate to fit your request.
Some shipping is extra for heavier items. This is noted on the cart during checkout.
Shipping Address:
We mail to the Zibbet address provided unless otherwise stated to us in a message/e-mail to us. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure they give us the correct address, and an address that can accept parcels. If the parcel is deemed undeliverable (through no fault of our own), then the customer is responsible for paying the shipping charges again to have it resent.
Lost Packages:
We are not responsible for damaged and/or lost packages. We will offer you a tracking number so you may track the progress of your package, if you ask. We offer good faith to get your package sent from the post office. What happens to it from there is with them.
Uninsured Orders:
We will not cover damages or losses, this means if the post office loses your package it is not our fault. If the mistake was ours (wrong items sent or just missed), contact us and we will remedy the matter.
Insured Orders:
We will not consider a package lost until 30 days after it has been shipped. Some packages seem to take the 'long way around' for mysterious reasons, but still show up within 30 days. After 30 days, contact us and it will be decided between the customer and us whether to re-send or refund.
Please be aware that we cannot be responsible for lost packages in the mail if you have not chosen to insure them, no exceptions!
International Shipping
We ship first class international within 3 days of purchase. we are NOT responsible for any customs fees or duty taxes. It is the customers responsibility to find out if these will be assessed and purchase accordingly.
Refunds, Returns and Exchanges
Refunds/ Exchanges/ Cancellations
Unless an item is majorly damaged during shipping, there are no returns or refunds for items. A picture must be provided of damage before refund of money via Paypal.
Will only be accepted within 30 days of your purchase. Items must be returned (at your expense) unused and in the original packaging. Shipping will not be refunded. You must let us know you are returning the item(s) before you ship it.
If you decide to cancel your order after you have paid, I will only issue a refund if I have not yet shipped your order. Once I’ve shipped your purchase, your order cannot be cancelled under any circumstance.

Color Disclaimer
We photograph all items under natural light conditions outdoors. We do our best to represent items as accurately as possible, there may still be differences between how they look on our computer and how they look on yours. Unfortunately, this is unavoidable, since computers differ from one to another.
Vintage/Repurposed Disclaimer:
Being as some products are true vintage and or recycled/repurposed they may have minor flaws and imperfections. This is the beauty of using old items to make something new things and should be appreciated. With that said we do our best to disclose in the listings if they are abnormally flawed.
We hold the right to refuse service to any customer for any reason as per our discretion.
