Shipping Information

All the items in the shop are ready to ship. I send items out the first working day following notification of payment.

I ship most of my items First Class USPS. My items include shipping within the United States. I use PayPal to print my postage labels and it includes Delivery Confirmation.

International postage is calculated at the cheapest rate. I will have a hand stamped Custom's receipt showing the date the post office accepted the package. Buyers are responsible for any customs or duty fees.

Insurance or upgraded shipping can be added upon request.

If a package is delayed or lost I will use whatever information the USPS has given me to track the package.

Refunds, Returns and Exchanges

Refunds, returns or exchanges will be determined on an as happens basis. Hoping it doesn't happen. I have a pretty good packing and mailing system set up and everything has been getting to their destinations in 100% condition.

Extra Information

I have two cats inside my home that sometimes come into contact with an item. Please - if you have issues let me know.
