The core philosophy of UberDreamer Concepts is to look at things from an unprecedented perspective. We aim to provide a unique line of handmade natural products that are just a little different.

Most of our soaps are made with combinations created with meticulous attention to detail. Combinations of smell and color are always welcome when it comes to soap, but in using natural botanicals and essential oils so much more is offered. These same essential oils and botanicals are used in aroma therapy, natural medicine, folk medicine and in spiritual rituals by different groups of people all over the world, past and present. The same ingredient that might make your skin look fantastic might also be associated with the Roman goddess of love in mythology.

With that in mind, most of our bars have a theme. You might just like the unique smell of "Natural Green", or you might recognize that eucalyptus, sage and ginger are all typically recognized as disinfectants but you might not be aware that they, along with the parsley that colors the soap, have all been used as ritual elements for protection and purification. To the person who would celebrate a ritual bath, this combination is rare, potent, practical, and convenient; to the average Joe it's a different smell with natural ingredients. We want both to be able to enjoy our soaps equally.

Each ingredient added is cross referenced from multiple non redundant sources for their uses and reference in alternative therapies, folk medicine, mythology and ritual. It's this exhaustive research that we really feel sets our product apart.

Shipping Information

Our standard method of shipment is USPS flat rate shipping using small boxes. The standard rate applies for up to four bars per box. If your order exceeds four bars you will be charged additional shipping. The Zibbet shop is currently set up to do US shipping only.

If you would like to ship internationally please contact the store.

We can not be held responsible for packages that are lost or damaged. We advise individuals who are concerned about their packages to consider tracking and insurance, but it is not a standard part of our shipping procedure. If you would like to purchase insurance, or tracking please contact the store to arrange a listing price.

Refunds, Returns and Exchanges

Due to the nature of our product and the health regulations concerning hygiene items we can not accept refunds, returns or exchanges on our soap products.

It is important to note that these are handcrafted products and each one is slightly unique. Bars of soap vary in size, shape and color that may not match the picture.


What's in your soap?
Our soap is detergent free. We do not use artificial fragrances or synthetic colors. We use essential oils and botanicals to give our soaps their properties like smell, color, bulk and others. On occasion mica, a naturally occurring mineral, is in some soaps.

What process do you use to make your soap?
We make our soap from a detergent free melt and pour base produced in a factory in the USA. We cut, melt, and mix the additives. Using a melt and pour base allows us to deliver the consistency of factory standards in our product and not damage the botanical or essential oil elements that can happen with other methods. Soaps are cut by hand and generally left to cure for 3-4 weeks.

Why did my bar of soap change color?
Because we use natural botanicals in our soaps some soaps tend to change color over time. Many bright green colored soaps naturally will change to a dingy green or brown. Other soaps have ingredients like turmeric that "migrate," that is, their color moves through the soap.

How do you get your essential oils?
Our essential oils are bought from various suppliers. Our primary supplier is a small business. Different oils have different methods, but in general our essential oils are steam distilled. Many of our citrus essential oils are cold pressed. We do not support chemical extraction essential oils.

How do you label your products?
Our soaps are labeled with a strip of 100% post-consumer recycled paper that is processed without chlorine and manufactured with wind power.

We collect certain information from users who visit our site(s) and who purchase from us. We do not sell information to third parties.

We currently do not do special orders.

Our soap may contain things that taste good, but our soap doesn't- trust us. OUR SOAP IS NOT AN EDIBLE PRODUCT.

Allergy note:
Please, please, please, please, PLEASE- test our products before using them. We aim to produce natural soaps, but as a friend of mine once said, “Cobra venom is all natural, but that doesn't mean it's good for you!” We want your experience with our soaps to be wonderful, so please note that even natural products can irritate the skin or present an allergic reaction. Please check ingredients for known allergens and remember that there is always a chance at encountering an unknown allergen. If irritation should occur, discontinue use.

As always with any bath or cosmetic product, women who are pregnant or breast feeding should consult a physician before use, and a pediatrician should be consulted before allowing our products to be used on or by children.

We can not be held responsible for any irritation from or misuse of our products.

Washington Buyers: Because Washington State charges a distance based sales tax, in order to expedite your order we use an automatic tax taken out through the PayPal checkout system. This tax is added by PayPal automaticly and may not show up on your order until you check out through PayPal. In order to assure that the proper tax is paid the system is set to automaticly charge the highest rate of tax in the state. We do not keep this money, it is paid directly to the state.
