Welcome to Unexpected Treasure 2 where you'll find fine art photography at an affordable price. All items in this shop are the exclusive work of me and my husband. You will not find any copyrighted or stock photos here. All photos are available in sizes up to an 11x14. Some are available in larger sizes. This will be noted in the item description. Thanks for stopping in and we hope you'll find something you like!
Orders are sent to a professional photo lab for print within 24 hours of your purchase. Please allow up to two weeks for your order to reach your home. If you need it in a hurry, please contact me and I'll see what I can do to ship via Express or Overnight mail (once it returns from the lab). The cost for this service is extra.
Please be aware your country may charge additional customs, duty and/or import taxes. You are responsible for paying these charges. We mark all international orders as 'merchandise' on customs forms. We will not mark orders as a "gift" so please do not ask. Additionally, we do not accept returns or issue refunds due to customs, duty and/or import tax issues. For international orders we'll include the customs declaration number which I understand can be traced but it's not the same as delivery confirmation.
Delivery confirmation is included in shipping cost for most items (noted in item description). You will be notified via convo when your package ships and provided a delivery confirmation number. This service is limited to the United States. The U.S. Postal Service does not provide tracking information for shipping to most foreign countries.
Buying a gift for someone? We'll ship your order to the recipient at no extra cost upon payment being cleared. Please provide the recipient’s address via convo or email when submitting your order.
Refunds, Returns and Exchanges
Returns are accepted within 2 weeks of your receipt of the item. Receipt is determined by the information provided by the USPS delivery confirmation date on their website.
We will glady accept returns, exchanges and refund your money if you are not 100% happy with your purchase. My goal is complete customer satisfaction.
If your item(s) arrived damaged please send me a couple of photographs so I can access the item's condition. Upon receipt of these photos, I will send you a pre-paid shipping label. Please be sure to securely package your item for its return trip.
If your item is not damaged and you'd like to return it for a refund, return shipping is the buyer's responsibility. Once I receive the item I will refund your full purchase price minus shipping.
