I created this large Horse Medicine Bag with ultra soft brown deerskin leather. It has double fringes all the way around. It is hand stiched in the tradition way with sinew. I added two hand carved Dalmatian Jasper horses, many solid brass round beads, red glass beads, two genuine Buffalo teeth, small Venetian Chevron beads and an 18" long genuine black horse hair accents. I also added an End of the Trail medallion on the top flap of the bag, which it measures 1 ¾" x 1 ¼". This beautiful Medicine bag measures 14" x 18" with fringe extended, functional size is 6" x 6", the strap is hand braided by deerskin leather and it has an 18" drop lenght. HORSE: The Horse Spirit inspires our dreams, awakens passion, carries us far and fast, and brings us close to our instinctual and authentic nature. Horse enables us to move beyond our limitations and run freely. Spirit or Medicine Horses were and are extremely helpful in guidance, healing, protection and ceremony. Horse represents wisdom, physical power and unearthly power. Horse enables healers to travel in Spirit energy, using Horse to help guide them to the answer. Horses are symbols that can express our magical side. Horses are also known as symbols of Freedom and independence.
