Customer Service is very important to me and I take a great deal of care to describe and photo my items accurately. If you have any questions about one of my listings, please feel free to email me at any time for additional details.

Shipping Information

BOOKS: Educational books typically ship via USPS Media Mail. Other types of books may ship by USPS Standard Mail, First Class or Priority Mail. Method of shipping is determined by weight, shipping distance and content of the book. I will email the shipping details once your book has shipped.

PRINTS/ILLUSTRATIONS: Typically ship in a plastic protective sleeve with cardboard backing, inside a rigid USPS First Class Envelope. Any exceptions to this will be noted in the listing.

GAMES/CARDS: Are sent via various USPS Shipping methods, based on size, weight and distance. Shipping methods include First Class, Priority Mail, and Parcel Post.

DELIVERY CONFIRMATION/TRACKING: For the protection of my customers and myself, my items are usually shipped with delivery confirmation.

INSURANCE: As the seller, I provide insurance at my own expense on any packages whose value or fragility suggest to me that this would be a wise course of action. All items are "self insured" so please contact me if your item has suffered damage in transit.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: My quoted shipping costs are for Domestic United States only. I welcome inquiries from International Customers. Please contact me prior to purchase to confirm availability and shipping cost for international delivery. International customers are responsible for any custom fees or taxes imposed by their country. Please contact your customs office to determine your costs prior to purchase.

Refunds, Returns and Exchanges

REFUNDS/EXCHANGES: I take a great deal of care with my descriptions and photos, re-inspect all items before shipping, and package all items carefully. If there should be any issue with an item, please contact me within three days of receipt so we can work together on resolving the issue.

RETURNS: Any returns must be pre-approved by the seller before the item is shipped back, the item must be in the condition in which it was received. The buyer may be held responsible for any and all shipping costs involved in the transaction.

LOST ITEMS: All items are shipped with Delivery Confirmation to ensure that they are delivered to the shipping address provided by the customer. I print my labels from Pay Pal, so please be sure that the correct shipping address is entered in Pay Pal at the time of purchase. If a package happens to go "awry," please contact me so I can help locate the missing package.

DAMAGED ITEMS: If an item is damaged in transit, please contact me immediately upon receipt so the issue can be dealt with in a timely manner. The customer should retain all items, boxes and packaging as photos or other evidence may be required to file an insurance claim.
