This darling set appears to have been hand-painted, (there is even a small smudge to the original artwork.
I would date this set as coming from the 1950s. But this is only a guess coming from the design, wear and patina of the pieces.
No chips, cracks or crazing, gilt is in good vintage order but as stated, there is one tiny smudge for character.
Possibly Japan Made.
