The perfect convertible shirt - still in the original package this is a 1970's Van Heusen Double Identity Long Sleeve Shirt with red and black checkered plaid.
The selling point for this shirt is laid out plainly on the back of the package: Van Heusen introduces the Double Identity shirt....the dress shirt with a contrasting inner lining that converts into a sportshirt at the flick of a collar button.
This shirt has never been worn, still in the original package. The price tag is still on it. The collar size says 14 1/2 33. There is a front pocket and it has white buttons.
