VintageWay's Shop Policies
We want the customer to be happy! We are a small vintage collectable company. Many of our items are those that have come down through the hands of our own family and friends. We want to have items we can trust that you can trust. We sure have a lot of fun in this business and we hope you will enjoy what you purchase. We believe in quality and want your trust, so we put our heart into our work. All of our items are 20 years old or more. This is the Vintage Way, a walk through time.
We ship USPS. If you would like it shipped another way, simply let us know. We do our best to ship our orders out the same day or next day, but if we are busy it may take up to 10 business days to ship your order. If you need something in a hurry, please communicate this to us & we will do our best.
Please note that our owner is blind & because of this it may slows things down a bit, but we try not to let it. Thank you for your understanding and patience.
Refunds, Returns and Exchanges
Convo us if you want to return an item. Let's talk about it. Most of the time we will not accept returns, but try us, we just might. You must have a RAN (return authorization number). There is never a return on shipping charges. Returns must be made within 14 days.
Please be sure to contact us first. If we are not contacted first, no refund will be given.
We accept PayPal in US funds only. PayPal allows you to purchase with a credit card without opening up an account so you can buy with a credit card.
Payment is due at the time of purchase. We give you a 3 day grace period. If we haven't heard from you on day 3 we will send you a reminder (sometimes we send reminders sooner) and if we haven't received your payment on the 5th day we will cancel your order and put the item back to stock so another customer can purchase the item.
Every order is shipped with each item gift wrapped if possible and ready to give with a gift tag. Simply remove the business card for safe keeping.
We work hard to make you happy. Please be so kind to leave us feedback. If you are going to leave feedback that is not positive, please contact us first. We want you to be happy and will do anything we can to make that happen within our means. We will always leave feedback. We appreciate having you as our customer.
