Shipping Information
In order to avoid shipping delays, please make sure to update your address on both your Paypal and Zibbet accounts and notify me of your correct shipping address if they are different. For U.S. and international shipping, items are shipped within 3 days following payment via USPS First Class mail and usually take 3-5 business days to arrive in the U.S. For international shipping, please be aware that items could be held up at customs for some time and may take up to a month to arrive, so please be patient ; ) I am not responsible for the duties and taxes for international shipments. The customer assumes all responsibilities for payments for duties and taxes on overseas shipments.
Refunds, Returns and Exchanges
If ever you are not 100% satisfied with your item please convo me so that we can work out a solution that will suit us both! Any refunds for returned items do not include any shipping unfortunately.
