Shipping Information

Items will be mail out within 3 working days from the date payment is received.

Singapore and International Bidders:
- Item will be send via Singpost Normal Air Parcel (Registered Mail)

Shipping from Singapore to UK & Europe takes approx 8-11 working days, but can take longer if parcels get held up by customs. If you are ordering for a special occasion such as a birthday or Christmas, please allow extra time for your gift to arrive.

3. All mails will be offically registered with the postal company, however any the seller is not responsible for any lost mail once it has been mailed out.

Refunds, Returns and Exchanges

If you have any questions please feel free to email me and I will respond in a timely manner. I do accept returns.

The item must be returned to us within 7 days for Singapore buyers and 14 days for International buyers in the original new condition. Please note shipping fees cannot be refunded and there will be a 15% restocking fee on returned items.
