Welcome to my shop; I'm so glad you stopped by! I make one of a kind and limited edition jewelry and ornaments, using a variety of beadweaving and stringing techniques. All designs are my own. My materials include seed and other glass beads, gemstones, shells, wire and wood. I love rich colors, and the contrast between shiny and matte, clear and opaque, smooth and rough that these materials provide. I take pride in my work and strive to maintain a high level of craftsmanship in every piece I produce.I hope you like what you see. If you have any questions, please ask! I am happy to help.

Shipping Information

**Shipping: Items are carefully packaged in a gift box or gift bag, and shipped via U.S. First Class Mail. Orders shipped within the United States include delivery confirmation; orders shipped everywhere else include a certificate of mailing. In most cases, I ship in-stock items within 1 business day after your payment is received/cleared, and I will let you know via when your package has shipped. Made-to-order pieces will take longer; I will contact you with an estimated shipping date and also let you know when the item has shipped. Your order will be shipped to the address on the sales receipt. If you wish me to ship to another address, please contact me or put the information in Notes to Seller.

Refunds, Returns and Exchanges

My number one goal is for your satisfaction! If you are not happy with your jewelry please contact me and I will work hard to resolve your concerns. Please note: Tutorial sales are final and non-refundable.

Extra Information

**Payment I accept payment via PayPal (preferred) and money order. If you choose to pay via money order, please contact me immediately after your purchase, so that I will be sure to watch for it. When making a purchase, please complete the payment portion of the checkout process promptly. If I do not receive Paypal payment, or contact from you regarding payment via money order, within 7 days of purchase, I may be obliged cancel the sale. If you have questions or anticipate a delay in making payment, get in touch with me to see if we can work something out.

**Sales Tax: If you live in the state of Connecticut, I am required by law to collect sales tax (6.35%) on your order.

**Additional Information I welcome custom orders. If something in my shop catches your eye, but you'd like it in different colors or another size, please contact me! Once we agree on all the details of color, size and design, I require a 40% non-refundable deposit before I start work, with the balance to be paid before the completed piece is shipped.
