Shipping Information

Based in the United States, I'll ship to most of the EU countries, as well as Australia, New Zealand, Ireland, and Great Britain. Shipping is with the USPS Priority or First Class Mail, with delivery confirmation tracking in the States, and with insurance for any orders over $30.00. You'll be informed of the approximate date of arrival with a second email.

Refunds, Returns and Exchanges

All my floral work is GUARANTEED and can be reworked, exchanged, or refunded, with the buyer paying for any return shipping fees, as well as any additional floral materials and re-shipping fees. All accessories or gift items can be returned unworn and unused within 14 (fourteen) days.

Please note that I am not responsible for NON-DELIVERY in your country; if you've had problems in the past, please rethink ordering from me.

Extra Information

ALLERGIES: All items are kept in my workshop in my smoke-free home, safely away from our curious cats. Use discretion if a wayward whisper would wipe you out, use discretion.
