Hi and welcome to WhatKnotShop!

Here you will find all kinds of turks head bracelets and other fun stuff that I like to make and share with like-minded enthusiasts. Most of what you see listed in the store are samples that can be purchased and shipped immediately. These samples may also give you an idea for a color combination or size that is not shown but can be requested. (See below)

From time to time other related items may be offered on this site. Check back often to view the most recent listings.

Please fell free to use the conversation utility or to request a custom item to communicate your request. I will make every effort to respond immediately.

PayPal is the best way to pay for your order. As soon as I receive confirmation of payment I will ship your order. You may also send money orders. Convo me for details. All payments must be received prior to shipping.

Custom orders must be paid in full before I begin work on the items. The only exceptions to this are returning customers. If you have ordered from me before and would like a custom item I will be happy to start work before payment is made.

If you order a custom item and later decide to cancel, I will determine the amount of refund possible based on the status of the work.

Shipping Information

Domestic US shipping is typically $2.50 per order. Additional items are $1.00 per item in the same package. This is US mail first class service. Costs are higher for express or overnight service. Convo for details.

International orders will be higher cost and will depend on ship-to location. Please communicate with me in advance to determine costs.

Refunds, Returns and Exchanges

If you are not satisfied with your purchase please contact me. I will make every effort to satisfy you.

Unused items may be returned for credit or refund. Shipping costs cannot be refunded. Please convo me to request any refunds or exchanges.

Sizing is always the responsibility of the buyer. If you have any questions about size discuss them with me in advance of your purchase.

Extra Information

Custom orders are welcomed. See payment terms above.

Please provide adequate information so that your request can be fulfilled. Typical information required: design, color, size, material. To make it easy to reference these details each item offered for sale has an item number. Please refer to this item number when requesting a custom design or include a photo of the desired item.

Resale Policy:
Items purchased from me may be re-sold by you at other venues including retail boutiques, provided that you do not claim to have made the items yourself. I welcome orders from those who wish to take advantage of my low pricing to order items for their shops, and no permission is required to do so.

If any claims are made as to the origin of the piece, I must be credited as the maker, and purchasing an item does not give you a license to create copies of it. I retain copyright on all items and photographs, and my photos may not be used without permission.

If you are a reseller and would like to order in bulk please contact me to discuss. I have a limited production capacity in order to preserve the handmade character of the pieces offered. Bulk orders require advance payment in full. Samples may be ordered at regular prices.
