Welcome to WhiteCross Designs! This is where you can find unique Waxed Canvas Bags and things, Natural Canvas Bags/Market Totes, Men's Neckties, Quilts in both Rag and Traditional Styles, and other things for the Home and Family, all originated by WhiteCross Designs.

All items are made according to a standard of using only new, high quality materials and the best workmanship possible. Since everything is handmade and created individually, slight differences may occur from product to product, making each unique. All items shown are available for IMMEDIATE DELIVERY, unless otherwise noted. No waiting!!

In the interests of minimizing chemical exposure for both you and for me, all washable fabrics are washed at least once either before or during the construction process, unless otherwise noted. My home and work area are smoke and pet free.

Shipping Information

All items will be shipped by Priority Mail, USPS, whenever possible, and only to confirmed addresses.

If you prefer to use UPS, please contact me for an exact shipping price, which will usually be higher. I can then change the listing to the correct price.

I will be happy to ship to Canada also; just contact me for exact shipping price. I do NOT add any "handling" fees.

Refunds, Returns and Exchanges

Returns take time and energy for both of us! I'm sure that you will love anything that you order. However, If you do change your mind after the order is shipped, you may return it under the following conditions, as I want you to be happy:
1. E-mail me regarding the need/reason for the return.
2. Item can only be returned if it has been unworn or unused, within 7 days of your receipt, and in the original or identical packaging.
3. Cost of return postage by USPS Priority mail will be paid by you.
4. When I receive the item in unused and resellable condition, I will contact you by e-mail, then process your return credit.
