Welcome to WhiteCross Designs! This is where you can find great Waxed Canvas Bags, Natural Canvas Bags & Totes, Men's Neckties and more; all originated by WhiteCross Designs.

All items are made with fabric purchased from American vendors, manufactured in America, to the best of my knowledge. Fabrics that are washable are washed before production, to minimize chemical exposure to you and to me. Waxed canvas and natural canvas are not washable, but neither do they use hazardous chemicals in their manufacture.

All products listed for sale here were handmade by me, beginning with shopping for and receiving the fabric, hardware, and other supplies to the moment I put the last stitch on the finished product.

Since everything is handmade and created individually, slight differences may occur from product to product, making each one unique. I AM the "assembly line".

My home and production studio are both smoke and pet free.

All items shown are available for IMMEDIATE DELIVERY, unless otherwise noted. No waiting!!

Shipping Information

All items will be shipped within the USA by Priority Mail, USPS, whenever possible, to the address on the purchase invoice. If you want it shipped somewhere else or by another carrier (UPS) please make a note on the notes to Seller section. Shipping charges may need to be adjusted if you change to UPS.

Canadian and International orders will be shipped by the most cost efficient method, which is 1st Class International Parcel. You are charged only for the actual cost of shipping and packaging. Any Customs Fees or additional fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds, Returns and Exchanges

Returns take time and energy for both of us! I'm sure that you will love anything that you order. Please contact me before purchase, if there is any question about size, color, etc.

If you do change your mind after the order is shipped, you may return it under the following conditions, as I want you to be happy:
1. E-mail me regarding the need/reason for the return.
2. Item can only be returned if it has been unworn or unused, within 7 days of your receipt, and in the original or identical packaging.
3. Cost of return postage by USPS Priority mail will be paid by you.
4. When I receive the item in unused and resellable condition, I will contact you by e-mail, then process your return credit.
