Each happy colorful piece you will find in my shop is designed and created by me in my home studio. Many items are one-of-a-kind or limited edition, made only with carefully selected, 'I LOVE THIS!' beads, silver, and other findings.

Shipping Information

Shipping
All Wild Woman items will arrive wrapped in tissue in my signature colors, orange or bright pink, and tied with a pretty ribbon, ready to slip in a gift bag or to enjoy yourself. Protective bubblewrap envelopes and careful wrapping ensure safe delivery to their destination. Items will be shipped through Canada Post within 3 days of receiving payment. Items are shipped as follows unless otherwise requested by you prior to purchase. Please contact me if you require faster delivery or other upgrades (additional insurance, tracking, delivery confirmation,...)and I will adjust the listing for the additional shipping charges. Shipping will be to your Paypal address unless otherwise requested.

Canada
Items are shipped Regular Parcel. Please note shipping is without insurance, tracking or delivery confirmation. Expected delivery is 7-10 business days (usually less!). Please contact me for pricing if you would like your package insured or other shipping upgrades.

United States
Items are shipped Small Packet Air with insurance for $100.00. Expected delivery is 7-12 business days. Shipping charges include the postal charge of $6.70 plus packaging. Sometimes delays occur at customs but usually arrive within the stated 10 business days guideline. Once the items leave Canada, they cannot be tracked but they are insured and I will be happy to assist you if there is a concern. Customers are responsible for any customs or duty fees that are incurred.

International (Australia, Europe)
Items are shipped Small Packet Air with insurance for $100.00. Expected delivery is approximately 15 business days. (usually much less!) Canada Post charges $8.45. Sometimes delays can occur at customs and are unpredictable, depending on your country's procedures. Once the items leave Canada, they cannot be tracked, but they are insured and I will be happy to assist you if I can in the event of a concern. Customers are responsible for any customs or duty fees that are incurred.

Customer service and satisfaction is very important to me. Please contact me if there is a problem with your order and I will do my best to resolve any concerns.

Please read descriptions carefully for measurements and other pertinent information. My pieces are photographed at close range so you can see detail. Please remenber they can look much larger on your computer screen.

If you make a purchase from my shop I will be happy to leave feedback for you. If you are pleased with your item, I would appreciate your leaving feedback for me as well.

Extra Information

Custom orders are welcome...please check out my shop (and SOLD section) for items you may wish to have tweaked for you or if you have an idea for something special. I would be happy to make a piece for you. Custom orders require full payment in advance and are non-refundable.

When you make a purchase, I will contact you directly to confirm I have received your order and provide you with the shipping date.
