Welcome to my shop!

We at WrapCycle are passionate about re-using and recycling. We have agreements with local recycling centers to collect fabric and padding for us, which we then purchase from them. We buy remnants at thrift stores. We scour yard sales and get donations from our friends and neighbors. We work through Freecycle. In our life as in our work, we're all about reducing, reusing, and recycling.

The good news is that we're helping to reduce the waste stream. The bad news is that we don't have a ton of any one kind of materials, so when we're out, we're out. But that's good news, too, because each item is unique.

Making our products is truly a labor of love. We want you to love them, too, so we are as customer-friendly as we know how to be. We've written out our specific policies as a guideline, but don't hesitate to get in touch with us if we haven't covered something clearly, you need an exception, you have a special desire, or anything else. We welcome your ideas, feedback and, yes, constructive criticism.

Shipping Information

Our preference is to ship via USPS first class mail for domestic and international purchases to keep shipping costs low. We can discuss other options, if you like. Because this service does not offer traceability, we cannot accept responsibility for items that do not arrive; however, we have never had a delivery problem. We are happy to ship by other means if requested to do so and will set up a special listing to accommodate the extra fees involved.

We are happy to include additional shipping features such as insurance, signature or other confirmation. You can let us know what you want and we will arrange it for only the cost of the feature itself; in other words, we won't charge any extra for our time.

All our products are light and naturally sturdy so they will typically be shipped in a tear-resistant envelope, not a box, which also helps keep the shipping cost down. We ship the day payment is received unless that is a Sunday, in which case we will ship on Monday.

Should you order a custom item, we will begin work immediately upon receiving payment and should be able to ship within 2-3 days. We would be able to give you a firm delivery date at the time of the order.

Local Atlanta-area residents are welcome to schedule a pick-up instead of delivery.

Refunds, Returns and Exchanges

We absolutely stand by our work. If you're not happy with what you purchased, you can send it right back and we will refund your money or exchange it for another.

After a week or so, we will assume that you're happy with your purchase. If after that time something happens to the item that is a function of our work, we will work with you to make it right. We take great pride in our workmanship and if there is a default of construction we will fix or replace the item at no charge. This goes for custom orders as well as listed items.

Extra Information

We LOVE custom orders. If you have specific colors that you want to use, just tell us. Because we use recycled fabric we can't just go to a store and buy what you want but we usually have a pretty good selection of colors and we would be happy to email you some options.

If you want to have items made with a particular logo, slogan, or whatever, incorporated, we can do that, too. Please see our Custom Embroidery section for options and pricing.

We also invite you to send us your own favorite articles of fabric - a great shirt, your favorite jeans, your old blankie - which we can incorporate into a very personal bag, case, or cover. Again, we would have some dialogue about how to make that happen and the cost, but it would be fun for both of us and would typically not add more than $10 or $15 to the normal price. Great way to upcycle those things you're not quite ready to give up yet!
