Welcome to Zahour Jewelry. All pieces are handmade by me, Nicole Zahour, in my home studio. I strive to make unique, interesting designs that will stand the test of time.
Shipping Information
Several items in my shop are made to order ( like rings in specific sizes.) Please allow up to 15 working days for your jewelry to be specially made for you...if you need something faster, please get in touch and we can work something out :) There are also many items in my shop which are 'READY TO SHIP' those items will be shipped within 2 days of ordering.
Items ship within the U.S. via standard First-class mail USPS. All items shipped within the US are shipped with insurance. If you’d like faster shipping please contact me.
International Shipping on items over $100 are shipped US International Priority mail to ensure safer and faster delivery.
Each piece of jewelry comes in a gift box or bag for storage and gift giving.
Refunds, Returns and Exchanges
I want you to be happy with your purchase and to love your jewelry. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return the item within 10 days of receiving it for exchange or shop credit. Item must be in its' original packaging and in perfect, unused condition. Sorry, the shipping costs will not be refunded.
Custom orders are not refundable.
