♥If you are concidering purchasing from my shop please read through these policies before placing your order.

Shipping Information

♥Your order will be shipped within 7-10 business days after receipt of payment (Please allow 14-21 day from reciept of payment to shipping date on all custom pieces). I will mark your items as shipped as soon as the shipping label is printed. (I print labels the night before the item is shipped.)
I will ship to your PayPal address, using the PayPal 'click and ship'... unless otherwise requested.

♥If you need your order rushed please contact me. I can not however rush any custom pieces.

♥Original paintings are wrapped in protective bubble wrap, packaged with padding in a cardboard box and shipped via UPS Ground.

♥Prints are packaged on a cardboard back in a protective cello sleeve and shipped in a stay flat mailer, via USPS First class mail.
All prints are marked "Do Not Bend" directly on the mailer, I have taken every precaution to insure that the print does not come bent and therefore I do not accept responsibility for any prints that come bent.

♥I do my very best to insure that each piece arrive in excellent condition... if your order arrives damaged contact me immediately. Be sure to keep all of the original packaging, as it will be needed to file an insurance claim.

♥The buyer is responsible for any customs fees or duties due upon delivery.

Refunds, Returns and Exchanges

♥With the exceptions of paintnings damaged during shipment, or errors in the discription, all sales are final.
Sorry but I do not accept returns because the color or the size doesn't work for you once you get the artwork home. Each computer monitor can show colors differently. If you have any questions about colors you must ask any and all questions before purchasing the piece.
♥If your painting was damaged during shipping, contact me at once, keep all original packing materials, and we will file an insurance claim.
♥I do not purchase insurance on prints.
They are packaged with absolute care so please note that I am not responsible for any damages incurred during shipping.
However, if you contact me immediately after receiving the damaged prints, I will allow you to return them for replacement prints.
♥If your purchase has not arrived ...
Before inquiring about a missing order please keep in mind that orders can sometimes take up to a month to be delivered depending on location.

Extra Information

♥Please note that certain colors and brightness levels vary on different monitors. The colors in my original pieces have been carefully adjusted on my computer, to reflect the colors of the original pieces.
Prints: My images are printed exactly as they appear on my computer, as that is the only gauge I have to follow.
