Shipping Information
Items usually ship within 3 business days after payment is received.
*****Within the US, shipping is USPS. Priority shipping for hats or other items requiring packing in a box. First Class with DC# for items that can safely be sent in a soft envelope.
*****For some large items FedEx shipping is less expensive and the item may be shipped FedEx home delivery. If you would like FedEx with the less expensive rate, a phone number will be needed from you to complete the shipping record.
*****Shipping outside the USA is via First Class international mail. Do convo for a shipping rate if your country is not included in the shipping fees in the listing. Please do not ask to have items marked as gift.
Refunds, Returns and Exchanges
Due to the personal nature of hats, no refunds on hats.
Other items may be returned within 5 days (based on USPS delivery confirmation date). The cost of the item minus both a 10% restocking and the shipping fees will be sent to the buyer via PayPal only after the item reaches me AND as long as the item is unworn, unused, in same condition as it was when sent to buyer.
