My name is Koloud ‘Kay’ Tarapolsi, and I have a Bachelors in Sociology and Art History (Specializing in African Art) from Oklahoma State University and a Masters from the University of Washington in International Studies (specializing in the Middle East) and a Museumology Certification. If you are sending your package directly to a giftee, I would be happy to enclose a short note from you with the item; just include your words in the note to seller box at checkout. I will hand write your note on my little business card sized flat card. If you'd like to write the note yourself, I'm happy to include one of these complimentary cards in your package upon request.

Shipping Information
{Shipping}
I officially ship twice a week, although many orders go out sooner. I like to get packages in the mail as soon as possible.
{United States}
I ship most items via USPS First Class Mail. If I’m sending it to you in another way, I will note that in the item description. If you would like to upgrade to USPS Priority shipping, let me know. If you need different shipping, like UPS, please let me know. Shipping by a different means will most likely be more expensive, and I will ship the item once the shipping upgrade payment is received.
{International}
I will ship out your item via USPS First Class International mail. If you would like to upgrade to USPS Priority shipping you can purchase my Priority upgrade in my upgrades section. Unfortunately it can take a while for some packages to make it from one part of the world to another, and sometimes they are waylaid somewhere for a little bit. Let me know if your package has taken much more time than expected to reach you. I fill out all customs forms accurately, and do not ship any potentially problematic items. Customs, duties, and other applicable taxes are the responsibility of the customer, and something I have absolutely no control over.
{Eco-Friendly}
I reduce, reuse, and recycle when possible. I print my packing list for each order on paper a large company no longer had use for. I encourage you to reuse what you can, also.
Refunds, Returns and Exchanges
{Refunds and Exchanges}
If you have any questions or concerns, please let me know as soon as possible. I want to give you a lovely buying experience, and it's important to me to provide you with a quality product that you love.
If you are, for any reason, not fully satisfied with your purchase, let me know within 5 days of receiving it. I'd be happy to provide a return or exchange on unused, original condition, non-customized merchandise which was purchased at my regular price.
A few of my high end items have special requirements for returns and exchanges, or restocking fees, and those are described in the item description if applicable.
In the case of a refund or exchange, all shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

I accept payment via PayPal. Immediate payment is appreciated, as I can't wait to get your new stuff out to you! Please make sure your Zibbet and PayPal shipping addresses are both correct.
{PayPal or Credit Card}
You can pay immediately when you purchase by clicking on the 'pay now' PayPal button. You do not need to make a PayPal account to use your credit card. Let me know if you have any trouble with this, so I can help you. I will ship to your PayPal address. If I'm sending you a digital file I will send it to your Etsy email address.

{Late Payment/Reserved Items}
If you aren't able to pay immediately, I'll send you a PayPal invoice which will give you an easy way to complete the payment. If the payment is not complete within 48 hours of purchase, I will cancel the sale so other buyers can purchase the items. Please keep in touch with me if you're having any problems. I'm happy to help you!
I will reserve items for up to 2 days upon request. I will reserve your custom item for you for 7 days. If you have not purchased it by that time I will make it available for other customers to purchase. If you're having any sort of delays or problems just let me know, I'm happy to work with you.
{Tax}
Washington, USA residents are charged 9.5% sales tax at PayPal checkout.
{Gift Certificate}
To pay with a gift certificate, follow the instructions and enter your gift certificate code in the comments to seller box at checkout. I'll adjust your invoice manually and send it to you to pay any remaining balance, or send you a new code if you have money left on it.
{Cancellations}
If you need to cancel an order, please let me know by Zibbet Conversation as soon as possible. If your order has already been processed, it most likely cannot be cancelled. I tend to process orders quickly.
