Shipping Information
All items are shipped in jewelry boxes, first class. If you would like additional shipping options, please contact me.
You may cancel your order at any time prior to shipping. All charges will be refunded. If the item has already been shipped, contact me within 7 days of receipt to arrange a return (see Refunds and Exchanges.)
Refunds, Returns and Exchanges
If you wish to return your item, please contact me within 7 days of receipt. I will gladly refund the purchase price (not to include shipping,) once I have received the item and so long as it is in the condition it was received. All refunds are processed through PayPal.
Extra Information
I guarantee your jewelry piece for life. If your item should break at any time, I will repair it at no charge. You will only need to pay for shipping the item to me. I will pay for shipping the repaired item back to you. Thank you for your patronage.
