Thank you for stopping by! Everything in my store is handmade, individually by me.

I have been handmaking jewellery and accessories for a few years now, with sales mainly through having jewellery parties (like tupperware, but shinier). With everyone being so busy nowadays, i thought online might be for me.

** MULTIPLE ITEM DISCOUNT POLICY **
For purchases of two (2) items or more, you will receive a $5USD discount, for each additional item purchased. For example, for purchasing three (3) items, you will receive a discount of $10USD! For four (4) items, you will receive a discount of $15USD - and so on!

I will either refund this through PayPal if you've paid instantly, or send a revised invoice for payment via PayPal or bank deposit.

This offer DOES NOT apply for supply / destash items. It applies on finished jewellery only.
Payment
Methods: I offer Paypal and direct bank deposit for Australian buyers. For international buyers I offer Paypal, as it is efficient, and safe (it takes far too long to post a cheque and the fees for international bank deposits are quite hefty!).

If bank-depositing please convert to Australian dollars to ensure you're paying correctly. A useful converter can be found at http://www.xe.com.

Terms and Deadlines: Payment is required within 5 working days. However, if you happen to have any dramas with this, please contact me via convo as soon as possible.

Taxes: Not applicable. I am a hobbyist.

Cancellation policy: If you have genuinely made a mistake, please convo me as soon as possible. However, a change of mind or not reading my store policies is not a sufficient reason.
Shipping
Yes I post internationally! And guess what?! It's free! I am happy to gift box and/or wrap your items, however I usually endeavour to flat-pack where possible (this will mean an organza gift-bag instead of a silver gift-box) - however I am of course, MORE than happy to accommodate an upgrade to a gift box - simply convo me to see if there is an extra charge for the additional postage fee (yep - the post offices do charge for bigger parcels!). Usually I will use my discretion and include a gift box if the item requires some protection!

I work in the city, so can ship any week-day. I will convo you to keep you informed about timeframes.

Overseas postage can take up to three weeks (15 working days) to arrive, so please be patient. Aussie buyers should receive their goodies within a day or two.

Postal insurance: My free postage does NOT include insurance, however, if you would like a quote on postage including tracking and/or insurance please convo me prior to purchasing. Please also note that PayPal does offer a degree of buyer and seller protection!

Refunds and Exchanges
I will happily replace your item if it arrives broken (however I do request that you take a photo of it and email to me). I do pack carefully. If something should happen to get lost in the mail, please convo me and I will endeavour to replace it as soon as possible.

If you are seriously unhappy with your purchase, i am happy to accept returns, minus the costs of postage. Please convo if you need further details.
Additional Policies and FAQs
If you live in the Brisbane area, and would be interested in hosting a jewellery party, please convo me. I offer 10% of sales as credit towards your own purchases - this can be a great way to get what you want, for cheaper or free!

Another option is to have an "online jewellery party" - convo me for details, but this involves a 1 week period in which buyers you refer to my site enter a code word into the "message to seller" - all purchases are added up and 10% of the total is provided as a credit for you to use on your own purchases! How awesome is that?!
