Hi and welcome to Angry Chix. We may be angry, but we want you to be happy with your purchases. So if you have any problems/questions/comments/praise, please do let us know.

Shipping Information

Shipping
I ship USPS first class mail, unless asked/paid to ship priority (within the USA) within 3 business days. Items are sent first class mail, which takes about 2-6 business days, depending on how far away from me you live.

You may upgrade your shipping method for faster delivery if you need an item in a hurry. Just notify me first as doing so will cost a little extra depending on which method you choose, i.e. (3-Day, 2nd Day, or Overnight service).

I ship international usually the next day. International packages are sent first class international mail, and can take anywhere from 5-21 business days.

Custom orders, are made and usually shipped within 7 days of payment. However, if there will be a delay I will contact you to let you know.

Refunds, Returns and Exchanges

Refunds and Exchanges
If you have a problem with an item, I will issue an exchange, less shipping. Item must then be mailed back to me within 7 days.

I am not responsible for damaged or lost items. If a severe problem occurs, notify me via message and we will see what can be done

Extra Information

Payment
I only accept paypal at this time. Item will not be shipped until paid for in full.

Payments must be made within 3 days, or I will assume that you do not want the item, and then I will cancel the sale.
