Shipping Information

Shipping and handling
All items are shipped and packaged securely. I ship within 2-3 days of purchase. It may take 3-10 days for delivery depending on your location. Packages are shipped via USPS First Class Mail with delivery confirmation for US residents.

Shipping outside the US- Packages are shipped within 2-3 days, delivery may take 10-15 business days depending on your location. All customers are notified via email when packages are shipped. You may be required to pay duties and taxes upon receipt of your package, this will be your responsibility to pay.

NC residents are subject to 7.75% sales tax required by the state. This will be charged during paypal check out!

Refunds, Returns and Exchanges

Items may be returned within 14 days of receipt, in the original, unused condition. You must first email me with and explanation to obtain a return authorization. Please include a copy of your invoice or packing slip with your return. I will process your return refund promptly through PayPal.

In the event of a return please insure your package, as I am not responsible for items until they reach me. Unfortunately, shipping fees are non-refundable on returns or exchanges.
