Description

Today I have just a Great, Gunne Sax dress in a Black and White polka dot with triple ruffles at the straps. The color is deep and the fabric is crisp.
This is just a Fabulous and Fun dress for those 'Most Hoped For' warmer Days. The bodice is ringed with a bright white and glistening lace in a floral pattern with the waistline at a natural point with sashes.
The main feature is the strap detail. The base is the black and white cotton with a crisp, lightweight cotton blend fabric attached to it. This is gathered with lace accents on the end. Above this base are 2 more in the same fashion adding height and dimension. It's just an ingenious accent.
The skirt is highly gathered from the waist down with a circumference of 160" at the 10" long, bottom ruffle. The hem is embellished with white, sateen ribbon and echoes the same lace that is on the shoulders. I used the flash in these pictures to bring up the delicate detail. Any questions, just ask!
