Please keep this in mind, as we don't want you to suffer any adverse reactions simply because of an ingredient in our products!! PLEASE USE OUR PRODUCTS RESPECTFULLY. DO NOT USE ON BABIES OR SMALL CHILDREN, as the high percentage of fragrance can irritate young skin. FOR EXTERNAL USE ONLY. DISCONTINUE USE IF IRRITATION OCCURS.

Shipping Information

♥ PAYMENT OPTIONS ♥: We accept PayPal. Sorry – no checks or money orders. Payment is expected within 24 hours of purchase. After that time period, if no payment is received, then your order will be cancelled and the item(s) will go back up for sale.


♥ SHIPPING CHARGES ♥: Everyone wants to know what it’s going to cost for shipping and, quite frankly, we don’t blame you! So here’s our deal: Put what you want into your cart. Pay for the whole shebang via PayPal. Here’s where you just have to trust us: When we package your lovelies, we will ship them in the way that gives you the most for your shipping dollar. We will not skimp on quality packing or shipping. But we will ship it as inexpensively as possible, without sacrificing speed, safety, & reliability. Put it this way: we will ship it to you the exact same way we would ship it to ourselves. And when we do this, if you have overpaid for shipping, you WILL see a refund back to you via whichever way you paid (either by PayPal account refund or credit card refund). We have no interest in giving USPS any more for shipping than they already get!

♥ PURCHASING ALTERNATIVE ♥: If there are several items you would like to purchase, just contact us. Let us know which items, as well as your shipping address. IMPORTANT: IF YOU DECLINE THE INSURANCE, AND YOUR PACKAGE ARRIVES DAMAGED OR DOESN'T EVEN ARRIVE, we can not be held responsible. This means we cannot replace your order. Please understand this policy.

♥ INTERNATIONALS ♥: We will also ship anywhere USPS goes, and as long as all items you order are “allowed” by your country. We cannot be held responsible if your order is inspected at your country’s border and held. It is up to you to know what your country allows across its borders. ♥ WHEN WE SHIP ♥: Suppose you want to know WHEN we will be shipping out, right? We have a goal of shipping everything out within 3 business days of payment clearance. And because we don't like bad surprises on either end, we want to clarify what we mean by "3 business days". This means "Monday through Friday". Once in a while, we will find extra time to process orders on the weekends. But, like you, we like the balance of enjoying our business-free weekends. Especially when we live in the gorgeous state of Colorado! ♥ ♥ ♥


♥ EMERGENCY SHIPPING STUFF ♥: Now, we understand if you need something, like, YESTERDAY. We know how time slips unintentionally through our fingers, like when you realize your Mama's birthday doesn't leave time for an extra 3 days. If you find yourself in this situation, simply connect with us and we will do our very best by you. We will promise that right here, right now. But please understand that if we have planned a weekend away and we get your message as we are winding our way through the mountains, it is going to be pretty much a "no go" for us to come down off the mountain to ship your package today. So try your best to not have an emergency on Friday afternoon, ok? ♥ ♥ ♥

Refunds, Returns and Exchanges

♥ RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES ♥: Because of the nature of our products, we cannot legally accept returns or exchanges. We describe our fragrances as best we can, but are unable to exchange or accept returns for credit or refunds if you don’t like the fragrance. We encourage you to try the samples offered to avoid unpleasant fragrance surprises.

♥ OVERPAYMENTS♥: It is impossible to gauge the exact shipping for every address, so our shipping estimates for more than one item may be high, depending on your address. Please rest assured that if you overpay shipping charges by more than $2.00, we will refund it.

♥ GUARANTEE ♥: WE STAND BEHIND OUR PRODUCTS! Everything we make is made by us in "The Lab". We practice sanitary techniques and we test the finished products for safety and Ph. Everything is made is small batches. This is important to keep in mind, as not every batch of the same fragrance is going to turn out the same. And this is why....

♥ We also reserve the right to choose to whom we sell. This means that if a customer is being unreasonable or abusive, we will not accept orders from them. And any orders placed will be completely refunded before shipping. Now, we are not talking about someone who has a lot of questions or is overly anxious to receive their goods! We know the rarity of someone so ridiculously demanding coming into a Zibbet shop. But just in case, we will not deal with them. :)
