Welcome to "Artsy Treats", a Specialty Boutique for Hand Crafted Embellished Hats,Headbands, and Hair Accessories for Infants through Adults. Many of my "Hats and Wide Headbands" can be worn by Chemo patients. I have also started making Embellished Bandana's which are great as a whole head cover up or a wide Headband. I am a breast cancer survivor so I am very sensitive to the needs of women and children wanting to look and feel attractive during this difficult time.
I also carry a wide selection of Tu Tu's and Tops which I also decorate.
