Shipping Information

♥Orders will ship no more than 3 business days of when payment clears. I generally try to ship next day, but I do have a regular job and that is not always possible. I cannot guarantee that you will receive an item by a certain date. Please make sure your Zibbet shipping address matches your PayPal address.

♥I cannot ship to Italy. Italian customs prohibits the import of sewn articles of any kind. See:

Refunds, Returns and Exchanges

♥Please do not hesitate to ask questions before placing an order. I want you to be happy with your purchase. If you get an item from me and decide that it isn't what you wanted, please contact me within 5 days to let me you want to return/exchange it. You are responsible for the cost of re-shipping the item.

♥All items come from a smoke free environment. I do have two fabulously adorable cats, but they do not have access to my sewing room.
