Shipping Information
Within the US, I ship via first-class mail with delivery confirmation. Internationally, I ship cheapest available option, which is, unfortunately, usually also the slowest. If you need your item in a hurry, or simply wish to upgrade your shipping for any reason, just contact me and I'll set up a corrected invoice.
Knits are packaged securely in water-resistant packaging.
In most cases, I ship items the next business day after payment is received.
Refunds, Returns and Exchanges
As a rule, I don't do returns; handmade and vintage goods are, by their very nature, not perfect... most people know this when they click that "buy" button, thankfully. However, if there is ANY problem at all, or if an item arrives to your door damaged, contact me IMMEDIATELY and we'll work something out.
Shipping charges are not refundable.
