Shipping Information

******All Items will only be created and shipped after order is placed and payment is received********

****I ship all USA orders in Certified mail, so you'll be notified with a tracking number and will be able to track your packages through USA Postal Services (usps.com)

*****International orders are also shipped in Certified mail and a shipping Invoice number will be giving to you*****not a tracking number.


****Shipments sent anywhere in the USA might take 10-12/10-15 business days to arrive. Depends on destination.

****Shipments sent anywhere outside the USA, for instance, Europe, might take 12-18/12-20 business days to arrive.


****for USA Customers ONLY*** In case you need your order shipped out sooner it can always be mailed out in a faster shipping service. Contact me for a rate. You'll receive your package within 8-10 days.

I use Regular fisrt classl National Postal Services as my standard shipping provider.***USA Customers will be able to track your order via usps.com ( United States Postal Services)*****

If you need another method of shipment, insurance contact me and I'll give you an exact price. Although it can be more expensive.


All items will be shipped to the zibbet address, PLEASE MAKE SURE THIS IS UPDATED WHEN PURCHASING ITEMS! If you want your order to be shipped to a different address, PLEASE specify this and send me a message (through my zibbet shop) with the right shipping address. Otherwise your order will be shipped to the address on your zibbet Bill - Invoice.

Refunds, Returns and Exchanges

****Note: All of my items are 100% handcrafted. They are made by me in my smoke and pet free studio. Each of them are carefully designed and created one by one. I do the best I can for you to receive a well constructed and a high quality product. But have in mind it's a handcrafted product. ;)

***** In case you are not satisfied with your item you may return the item within a week after its received and I'll happily get you a full refund. Product needs to be returned as it was received. No used items will be accepted. NO refund will be processed.

*****Refunds on Custom Orders will be declined****

If your package get lost you'll get a full refund. A package is not considered lost until 30 days from the mailing date.
