My policy is simply you must be happy with your purchase. Anything you purchase from me can be returned for refund of the item price. I will certainly exchange anything, or if you find that you would like a longer or shorter chain or necklace, I will do whatever I can to accomodate your requirements.

Shipping Information

I will ship your purchase within the day or next day using Priority Mail. A tracking number will be provided for your purchase.

Refunds, Returns and Exchanges

I will honor any return. The only problem would be something that you have damaged yourself. Which makes sense. If you busted it, you need to pay for it. However, if it is fixable, I will be glad to do so if you return the piece to me. Depending on the damage, I will charge a minimal fee for fixing it, and return postage.

I want you to know that if you are an animal lover, as I am, 20 percent of any purchases you make from PoppySeed and June's baublezptoa is donated to Best Friends Animal Sanctuary, a place in Utah that takes in any animal for apoption or care for the rest of their lives. Rejected and or mistreated animals are welcome there from all over. The critters are rehabilitated, medically and lovingly cared for for the rest of their lives. It is a fine organization that is a Best Friend to our best friends, the animals.
