Shipping Information

Bead All About It ships via USPS first class with delivery confirmation. Shipment is done within 24-48 hours from purchase. We do not ship on Sundays or holidays.

Shipping for 1 item is US $2.75 and .50 for each additional item. This is for the shipping, confirmation and the packaging materials. Insurance is available for $1.70 up to 50.00 value. We ship in the United States at the moment and would consider shipping elsewhere if the potential buyer contacts us prior to purchasing. We have no control of lost items with the postal service, please purchase insurance to cover damaged or lost packages.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING CANADIAN SHIPMENTS

Please note that all Canadian customers are responsible for any applicable customs fees, taxes, or duties associated with shipping.

Payment must be received within 24 hours of purchase. Paypal is our only form of payment accepted. You do NOT need a paypal account to make a payment with a credit card. If no payment or notification of payment is given after 24 hours, the items will be relisted and Zibbet will be notified of failure to pay.

Refunds, Returns and Exchanges

If for any reason you are not pleased with your purchase, please contact us as soon as possible, customer service is our top priority. Please email with any questions or concerns you may have. Pennsylvania sales will be charged 6% sales tax. Thank you and happy shopping!
