Some vintage web-sites say that these Cameos from Celebrity are glass but I think not...more likely some type of plastic and the face is definitely glued on as I have one that has come unglued.
The pictures really do not show the beauty of these ladies. I think she was called Carmelita- you may want to check some vintage jewellery sites, She was usually set in golden filagree with citrine yellow stones to set off the amber color. The faces are sort of irridescent. Take these three ladies add a lacy filigree setting and WOW what a delightful OOAK set for your Victorian themed wedding or grad.

Celebrity Fashion Jewels was a HPP company that offered good quality costume jewellery but that closed its doors sometime in the early 80s. The Company imported some of the components separately to be assembled here so they could advertise as MADE IN CANADA. These have been in storage for about thirty years- the cameos are here BUT NO SETTINGS. 1
