SHIP TIME: Orders are made just for you. I ship orders within 5-10 calendar days of receipt of your payment (except during November/December).
SHIPPING & PACKAGING RUNDOWN: We ship UPS Ground, USPS (Priority and Parcel Post), and FedEx and package extremely well. If you want insurance for breakage, please ask. I will send you a PayPal request for the additional cost. Otherwise, your purchase will not be insured for damage.
Refunds, Returns and Exchanges
Defective Items: We will happily exchange defective items. Defective means that you followed all instructions provided on or with the item and the item still isn't performing to standards. Your experience with my candles should be exceptional!
Damaged Items: Your items will typically not be eligible for replacements due to carrier mishandling unless they are shipped via UPS or FedEx (currently not my main carrier). If you want to be sure your package has insurance, you must ask at the time of your order. I will send you a PayPal request for the additional cost.
If you purchased insurance and have carrier mishandling, you will be asked to provide a photo of the damaged item. The item will be replaced with a duplicate item.
Payment: Payment is required via PayPal immediately following purchase. Orders left unpaid will be canceled.
Wholesale: I no longer do wholesale/retail due to lack of profitability.
Giveaways/Donations: I no longer do giveaways and donations due to some who never used the donations for their intended purpose.
