Displaying Good Feedback in Your Shop

One of our many exciting ‘Premium Sellers’ features is the ability to choose up to 10 of your favorite ‘feedback’ that you have received from happy customers and display it proudly in your shop. If you are yet to make a sale, you won’t have received any ‘buyer feedback’. That’s ok. The feedback display feature won’t appear in your shop until you activate it. This should give you extra motivation to make your first sale! When you do make your first sale (or ANY sale), make sure you bend over backwards to make your customer happy. Good customer service is the key to getting ‘really good’ positive feedback which, deserves to be displayed in your shop! Potential customers who visit your shop will read the feedback you have chosen to display, and they WILL be impressed. They will be able to see that the feedback has come from a ‘real’ buyer, and not something you have just ‘made up’ yourself! This increased confidence has taken you another step closer to your next sale!

    This is a great idea. The fact that potential buyers can see feedback whilst browsing your shop, rather than have to go off and search for it, is a real bonus.
