Our new categories are now in place and we’re extremely excited about it!  Zibbet now has 4 main sections (which we equally LOVE!).  They are: FINE ART, HANDMADE, SUPPLIES and VINTAGE.

If you’re one of our sellers who had items in the “Other Handmade Items” category you will need to ‘re-categorize’ your items so they appear in the correct category.  At the moment they are scattered through different categories based on their ‘tags’.

To do this you will first need to log into your account.  You should then check each of your listed items by clicking ‘EDIT’ (shown below).

Once you have clicked ‘EDIT’, scroll down your listing until you see the section shown below:

Choose an appropriate ‘Category’ from the drop down box.  There are now 35 different categories to choose from.  There may be instances where your items could fit into more than one category, but you are only allowed to choose one.

It’s important that you unselect all the ’sub-categories’ that are sitting in the box, ‘Selected Keywords/Tags’.  Do this by clicking on it, and then clicking on the arrow pointing ‘left’.  You can now reselect your ’sub-categories’ from the ‘Some Suggestions’ box.  Do this by clicking on it and then clicking on the arrow pointing ‘right’.

It’s important that you only choose sub-categories that are relevant to your item.  It’s frustrating for buyers when they are trying to find something specific and they have to wade through items that have been put in the wrong sub-category.
