Shipping Improvements
Over the past couple of weeks, Jess has been busy working on improving our ’shipping’ model.
This has by far been the most requested new feature for Zibbet, so we’re excited to be releasing it to you today. We think you’re going to like it!
Previously our shipping option was very limited, allowing you to specify a shipping cost to your own country and then an International shipping cost (Everywhere Else).
With our new shipping changes you will now be able to specify different shipping costs for individual countries, save ’shipping profiles’, and offer discounted shipping rates for multiple purchases.
HOW IT ALL WORKS…
CREATING SHIPPING PROFILES
Creating ‘Shipping Profiles’ saves you time in the listing process. Let me show you how to create a shipping profile, and you’ll soon see how it will save a heap of time when listing your items…
First, log into your account and you’ll find the new ‘Shipping Profiles’ link under the ‘Sections’ link.
You’ll then see the page where you can manage your shipping profiles that you’ve created. Click ‘Create a new profile’ (see below).

On the next page you will create your shipping profile (see below). You can add as many destinations as you wish. It’s easy, just follow the prompts!
Once you’ve saved your changes you’ll see a summary of your new shipping profile (see below). You can edit or delete your profile(s) at any time. Please note that if it is edited or deleted it will change all listings that have this shipping profile attached to it.
LISTING YOUR ITEM
When listing your item you have the choice between selecting one of your shipping profiles or just individually listing which countries you wish to ship to. (See below for what you would see once a shipping profile has been selected)

@MorningSkyCreations: Each listing has to be individually edited. Once you’ve created a shipping profile, editing your listings will be a breeze though!

I’m just setting up my profiles and discovered that Europe isn’t an option just individual countries. Is it possible to also include a geographic region? This probably doesn’t happen with any other region as they are all individual countries like the U.S and Australia.
I use the same rate for all European countries and then a different one for the rest of the world and I don’t really want to have a profile for each European country.
I know it’s asking a lot but hey if you don’t ask….!

@SilverSoulDesign: We can add in the ability to ship to different regions, such as ‘Europe’. It’s a great idea and makes perfect sense. We’ll put it on the improvements list and we should have the time to revisit it in the next couple of months. Be assured that it’s on the list, and it will be done as soon as we can get around to it!

I have been away for a bit due to family issues but just saw this and am IN LOVE with it! THANK YOU SO MUCH!! It takes a lot of problems and time consuming checking away from me. One change changes it on many items. I like that a lot. With postal cost changes it really makes it much easier.
