We’re really excited to introduce our newest strategic partnership to benefit the sellers of Zibbet.com - ShippingEasy.

ShippingEasy and Zibbet have built an integrated application to provide you with easily accessible and discounted shipping options. The integrated application is the first of it’s kind for both Zibbet and ShippingEasy. We are proud to offer this for free to all of our current and future sellers as part of the standard post-sales process.

What is ShippingEasy?

As the name suggests, they really do make shipping easy! It can sometimes be a pain to have to go to the post office, wait in line, pay the high shipping rates, then make your way home again. With ShippingEasy, you simply book and pay for your shipping online, print out your own shipping label, and… That’s it! ShippingEasy’s shipping partners will do the rest (partners include Fedex, UPS, USPS, DHL and Fastway). On top of all that, you get access to discounted shipping rates as well. So not only is it easier and a time saver, but it will save you money as well.

What benefit is the application to sellers?

The tight integration between ShippingEasy and Zibbet means you do not have to manually enter in every item you have sold, or any of your buyer’s details, or even your own address. All this is taken care of for you by Zibbet and ShippingEasy. Add to that the discounted shipping rates and you’ll soon come to question how you ever lived without it!

Get started

First and foremost, you must have an order that needs to be shipped. This can be any existing or new order.

Once you have an order you would like to ship, you can visit your Sold Items - Needing Action page to get started.

You should notice immediately there is a new button labeled “Ship with ShippingEasy” as well as a series of new options in the drop-down box next to each order.

Simply select “Ship with ShippingEasy” to launch the ShippingEasy Booking Application.

Please note that this may vary depending on the items you are shipping, the destinations you are shipping to, and the options you select whilst using the application.

A little about your privacy

Why do I have to “Authorize” ShippingEasy?

The tight integration we provide means ShippingEasy need to have access to your Order information. Of course, we aren’t going to give that access out without your authorization. This authorization is done via industry standard methods which are built for security and with your best interests in mind (called “OAuth”, you can read an Introduction here).

Is it safe?

Of course!

When authorizing, we aim to provide you with the most information possible about the application to ensure you entirely understand what it is you are allowing. If ever you change your mind, you can quickly and easily revoke authorization for ShippingEasy by visiting the “Applications” link within My Zibbet. This will immediately stop ShippingEasy from having any access to your information.

    Is this just for American users?

    So, to send a Priority Mail small box I pay:
    - $5.00 if I do it online;
    - $5.20 if I pay cash at a post office;
    - $5.25 if I use Shipping Easy.
    So, what’s the point? Why on Earth would I want to pay additional 5-25 cents? As to pick up, I’m sure able to call them myself, even though I have Autism, I don’t need some third party to do it for me.

    I’ve attempted to get a quote for a package from the UK to an American address, but I just get “no available pickups” for every date. So I assume it isn’t actually an option in the UK? I’d prefer to help keep our local post offices in business anyway, but nice idea for some maybe.

    does me no good with the small items I often sell…and the shipping/sold order matrix is a pain because this option now sits as the default….
