Fantastic Five: Zibbet Art Challenge for Kids Winners
Back in December 2011 Zibbet ran an Art Challenge open to any child as long as the item was listed for sale in a Zibbet shop. There were sixteen entries. The judges are volunteer Zibbeters who used an official scoring card created by Eleanor, a professional artist with experience as an art juror. She lives in the famous art neighborhood of Greenwich Village, in New York City. I feel everyone was a winner because the scores were very close. There was a tie for the age 10-12 category. After reading about the 5 top winners, you can see all the entries on Pinterest … and you better be quick, because I am sure they are going to sell fast! Remember the first piece of your work you ever sold? Encourage these kids by purchasing their creations. You can find all the entries on Pinterest HERE, where they link to the listings on Zibbet. Have fun shopping!!

Hats off to these talented children! Such creativity and workmanship - it would have been a difficult competition to judge! And agree with Raige - when is the next competition?
How awesome are these young artists! So lovely to see.
Super idea Judy! I’ll have to get my Sophie involved
in the next one, lol. She loves to do crafts.
As a judge I was unprepared for the VERY difficult decision. As Judy said, they are all winners in my book! And the best part is seeing young ones exploring their creativity! Bravo!♥
This was a lot of fun! Congrats to everyone in this challenge, I bet it was difficult being a judge for this contest. I hope there will be another one in the near future… it will be great to see the children’s creativity grow as they explore even more.
For those who are asking for another Kid Challenge I was thinking during summer vacation would be the best time. Feel free to email me any ideas you have and the best time to do it.

Congratulations to all the winners. And, I also wish to congratulate all the participants. It was so heartwarming to be a judge in this competition, and to see the next generation of artists. You are all so wonderfully talented, and I hope that each and every one of you that took part in this competition continues to create and grow as an artist. It would be an honor to have shops alongside each and every one of you someday.
