This week marks the completion of my second year writing the Success on Zibbet column for Zibbet’s blog, Inspire. I’ve also been busy answering Zibbet Support tickets for a year. Wow! Where did the time go? Both endeavors have been challenging and fun, and activities that I’m thankful to have the opportunity to participate in. According to Wikipedia, copyright is defined as a “legal concept, enacted by most governments, giving the creator of an original work exclusive rights to it, usually for a limited time. Generally, it is ‘the right to copy’, but also gives the copyright holder the right to be credited for the work, to determine who may adapt the work to other forms, who may perform the work, who may financially benefit from it, and other related rights.” (more…)

Zibbet Q&A: Why can’t I find my shop in a ‘Sellers’ search?

New sellers love to conduct Zibbet searches looking for their shops. They also ask their friends and family to come to Zibbet and search for their shops. This is a very normal and fun thing to do. However, sometimes new sellers aren’t so happy because they’ve not been able to find their shops using Zibbet’s search engine. There are several reasons why a shop may not be found in a search:

Shipping Profiles

One of the required steps in the listing process is to specify shipping destinations and charges. This can be done for each item individually or through the use of Shipping Profiles. In both cases, you must select one or more destinations and specify what the customer will be charged for shipping to each destination.
