Learning your way around a new venue always involves a bit of a learning curve, especially if you’re brand new to online selling. At Zibbet, we’ve developed a listing procedure that is quick and easy with only two pages to fill in–one for product details and the other for uploading product images.

Zibbet Q&A: What can I sell on Zibbet?

Please refer to our Terms of Use for a thorough explanation of what can and can’t be sold on Zibbet. Items can be listed in one of four main categories:

Handmade is for items that are made by you. This is our largest category and contains a wide variety of items.

Fine Art is also for items made by you and usually includes paintings, photographs, sculptures etc. (more…)

Zibbet Q&A: I can’t login to my shop with my email address. Help!

When you open a Zibbet account, you’re asked to select a Username. This Username serves several purposes on Zibbet, including logging in to your account. While Zibbet’s Community Hub requires that you log in using an email address, you must use your Username to log in to your Zibbet account. Zibbet Q&A: My Premium subscription was cancelled. Why?

Premium accounts are subscription-based contractual agreements. PayPal requires that subscriptions, which are ‘recurring payments’ be set up on an automatic payment system linked to a secured funding source such as a credit card or checking account. If the credit card associated with your account expires or you make other changes to your PayPal account, PayPal will often cancel your subscription. When this occurs, (more…)

Zibbet Q&A: My listings won’t import from Etsy. What’s wrong?

The most common reason for items not importing from Etsy is that the file exported from Etsy was not saved as a .csv file. If the file was originally saved as a .csv file and then opened in a spreadsheet application such as Excel, the file may have been resaved in a file format other than .csv. Zibbet’s import tool only recognizes files that end in .csv.
