Over the last year, we’ve received notifications that several Zibbet sellers have passed away. Those notifications have come from friends and family members of the deceased Zibbeters. We’ve also received inquiries from buyers who’ve not received their purchases or responses from messages sent to the sellers of the items they purchased. Post Sale Follow-Up

It’s been my practice to send a message to each buyer as soon as I can after receiving notification of a sale. I thank my customer for making the purchase and provide an estimated shipping date. After that, I hope that the person will take the few minutes required to return to Zibbet and leave me their feedback. Customer Service Points to Ponder

My vehicle was purchased new. I like it. It drives well and meets my needs for transporting my gear to craft shows. I received a minor recall notice shortly after purchasing the vehicle. I’ve also had a few small problems that required service from the dealership.
