Shopping online is completely different than shopping at a brick and mortar shop. In a brick and mortar shop, I can touch an item. I can smell it. I can try it on. But when I’m shopping online, a seller really has only two avenues for convincing me to purchase: photos and descriptions. Zibbet Q & A: Why won’t my photos upload?

We often receive this question in Support from new, and sometimes experienced, Zibbeters. Most often, the reason that photos won’t upload is because they’re too large. The file size for photos can’t exceed 3MB. To see the file size of your photos, look into the folder where your images are stored. Set the view to Details (for PC users). Sizing images correctly can be a daunting task, especially when it comes to understanding the vocabulary and translating that information into a meaningful process for editing your images.
