Zibbet Q&A: How do I add my items to the Gift Guides?

Listing items in Zibbet’s Gift Guides is a feature available to Premium sellers. Each Premium seller is allotted space for twenty-five items of their choice to be featured in the sixteen basic Gift Guide categories. Throughout the year, featured Gift Guides will be added for a limited time that focus on a holiday or special event. Zibbet Q&A: My photos won’t upload. Can you help?

The most common reason that photos won’t upload is that they are too large. Item photos must be less than 3MB. All images have a maximum width of 800px and maximum height of 600px. It’s important to keep all of these numbers in mind when you’re cropping and resizing your photos in preparation for uploading them to your Zibbet shop.

Zibbet Q&A: My views are going down instead of up. Why?

When you click the Shop Performance Stats link on your My Zibbet page, you’re taken to an overview, or ’snapshot’ page. Note that the green box at the top of the page is labeled ‘Shop Stats for the last 30 days’. The number of Shop Front Views changes everyday. It can increase or decrease (but rarely stays the same), from one day to the next. Each day, a new day’s worth of views is added to the 30 day total (more…)

Post Sale Follow-Up

It’s been my practice to send a message to each buyer as soon as I can after receiving notification of a sale. I thank my customer for making the purchase and provide an estimated shipping date. After that, I hope that the person will take the few minutes required to return to Zibbet and leave me their feedback.
