Braggin' Rights Store policies are in effect in order to not cause confusion between you, (the purchaser), and me, (the seller). I want to provide you the utmost in customer satisfaction, as I believe that the products that I sell reflect on my character as a person; with that being said, I believe that both my character & my products are of high quality.

Shipping Information

The rates shown for shipping are USPS First Class, in some cases- I may exchange priority, in other words- I can place an upgrade on your shipping services- though will never downgrade them. If you would like to have an item shipped otherwise- we will have to adjust the shipping charges.

I will combine shipping charges per sale on multiple items, if you purchase more than 1 item, I will adjust the shipping accordingly in order to give you a better deal.

I ship to the United States, Mexico & Canada currently. If you are outside of the U.S. please obtain a shipping quote prior to purchasing.

Shipping on stocked items is withen 1-2 days, custom orders are on a case by case basis- however, once the project is completed, it will also ship withen 1-2 days.

All items are packed in sturdy packaging- however if there should be a problem, (I have yet to encounter one), please notify me withen 3 days of receipt of package.

I will ship to PayPal indicated addresses, unless the purchaser requests otherwise.

Refunds, Returns and Exchanges

All items are guaranteed to meet or exceed your expectations. If you are not satisfied- notify me withen 3 days of receipt of the package. I will refund you the cost of the item, once shipped back, less the shipping. If you would like to replace the item: I will apply that shipping amount toward your following purchase.

Extra Information

GIFT WRAPPING: I provide it at no additional cost to you, as well as a handwritten note, "from you". However, should you require a specific color or theme, we can discuss any additional charges. I will make them as minimal as possible for you.

DISCOUNT/COUPON/SALE POLICY: Promos do not apply to gift certificates, or shipping. 1 Promotion per customer at time of purchase, please.

SALES TAX: IF YOU RESIDE IN THE STATE OF TEXAS ONLY, I must charge you sales tax. It will be automatically applied by PayPal*
