The first thing created with the Turn Peace Around symbol on it is this lovely little magnet.

I've burnt this design by hand onto a 3" diameter round piece of wood, approx. 1/8" thick. It was then sealed with an acrylic sealant, for lasting beauty and ease of care. Artist name and year are burned onto the back, as shown.

The magnetic strip on the back allows for display on most metal surfaces, including the fridge or a metal filing cabinet. Spread the message anywhere magnets stick!


~~ Why is this peace sign upside down? ~~
It's a new take on the classic symbol, which was originally drawn as a man in despair, with arms down and out. This new version, with arms upward, is a much more positive symbol for peace. For more information about the Turn Peace Around movement, please visit http://turnpeacearound.blogspot.com
