Welcome to Breath of the Dragon, Sunfire's shop for selling her woodburnt gifts and Turn Peace Around crafts. Below are some general policies to keep in mind while shopping here.

Shipping Information

All orders are shipped via USPS, either First Class or Priority. Orders are usually mailed out the first business day after I receive payment for the order. You should receive the order within 1-2 weeks of it being shipped.

I do not normally add insurance, but if you would prefer I do, please let me know in the comments when placing the order. I will send you an updated PayPal invoice for the insurance cost.

Shipping packages are most often recycled envelopes or boxes, or the free flat rate boxes from USPS.

Refunds, Returns and Exchanges

At this time, I will not offer exchanges. My stock is not supportive of that at this time.

Refunds for damaged items will vary case by case. If you have any questions on it, just ask.

Lost items will be refunded (less shipping) ONLY if insurance was purchased.

Shipping for any return is to be paid by the shipper.

Please report lost or damaged items as soon as possible.

Extra Information

Custom orders are always welcomed - please contact me for more details.

All TPA orders come with 5 postcards and 5 business cards with information about Turn Peace Around that you can hand out to friends and acquaintances. Feel free to contact us if you'd like more cards.

Local buyers should contact me before submitting payment, as a pickup may be arranged. If this is the case, I will send you a coupon code to remove shipping charges.
