Artist comment: "'This is another pastel painting in my series of Foss tugboats. While visiting Sauvie Island to view the Warrior Rock Light on the Columbia River in Oregon, we spotted this scene. With camera and sketch pad, I researched the deep colors of an approaching storm. The hard working tug proves the job will get done 'in any weather'."
